Cancellation Policy
Booking Access Velour Tier clients have access to an extended booking window from 10 AM – 8 PM, with the ability to book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance. Same-day booking is available based on availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule appointments at any time. Cancellations are permitted with the following fees: $10 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. $20 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time.
