Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling & Availability Nightfall Sessions operate exclusively beyond extended booking hours, from 9:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Appointments must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. Availability is limited and not guaranteed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule at any time. However, the following fees apply: $30 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. $70 cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a full charge for the session. 3. Late Arrival Policy Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival, to maintain the integrity of the experience. 4. Agreement By booking a Nightfall Session, clients acknowledge and agree to the above terms. These policies are in place to uphold the exclusivity and seamless experience of Nightfall Sessions.
