Cancellation Policy
AlternaH Booking Policy Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel appointments at any time. A $10 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. A $20 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Booking Policy: The earliest clients can book an appointment is 60 days before the desired appointment time. A card on file is required for online booking to secure any necessary charges for sessions, whether they are free, paid, part of a plan, or offline. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking policies, which are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient service for all our clients.
